Position: Partnerships Analyst
About the Role
You will be the bridge between partners, clients and internal delivery teams ensuring that partnerships translate into high-quality scalable solutions
Responsibilities
- Serve as partnership contact for client organizations
- Translate client needs into delivery requirements for LMS, eLearning content, training, and productivity solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage relationships with certifying bodies (Microsoft, AWS, NEBOSH, etc.).
- Manage a network of certified instructors.
- Support client-facing discussions and delivery of productivity solutions.
- Represent the company professionally with partners and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, HR or related field
- Professional qualifications in coaching, learning certification or project management are an advantage
- 2-3 years’ experience in training services, learning and development or education providers
Skills and competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
