PORTER (Grade P)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have JCE with a pass in English (MSCE is an added advantage).

• Experience in warehouse activities is an added advantage.

Salary:

Within the range of Grade P Salary Scale.

Duty Stations:

• Ntcheu Warehouse

• Lilongwe Warehouse

• Blantyre Warehouse

MAIN DUTIES:

• Offloading cargo from pallets/containers/trolleys.

• Loading items.

• Storing empty pallets and containers properly.

• Packing items in the warehouse.

• Operating trolleys, trucks, unit devices, and other equipment as instructed.

• Cleaning warehouse offices and equipment.

• Performing any other assigned duties.

• Hardworking and reliable.

• Honest with high moral integrity.

• Result-oriented and presentable.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Physically fit with good health record.

• No criminal record.

• Ready to work odd hours and shifts.
