EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT VACANCY

Role Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO’s Office. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate a high level of professionalism, exercise sound judgement, and adeptly anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- A profound faith in Jesus Christ and a sense of calling to this ministry.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling professional engagement at all organisational levels.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- A high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- A Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management.
- Manage intricate calendars, scheduling, and logistics, including high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
- Prepare and coordinate high-quality briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate Board meetings, executive committees, leadership retreats, and strategic planning sessions, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Screen, prioritise, and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to critical matters.
- Organise and manage executive events, such as offsite meetings, conferences, and organisational functions.
- Maintain efficient filing systems, records management, and document control to ensure accessibility and version accuracy.
- Proactively anticipate executive needs, resolve issues, and support decision-making through effective information management.
