Invitation for Expressions of Interest – External Audit Services

Chuma Changa Credit Limited, a dynamic and expanding micro credit agency, invites expressions of interest from qualified auditors. We require comprehensive external audit services for our financial year concluding on 31 December 2026. The scope of this engagement includes ensuring statutory compliance with IFRS, the Malawi Companies Act, the Microfinance Act, and RBM Directives. Key areas for review will encompass loan portfolio analysis, capital adequacy assessments, adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and the effectiveness of governance controls.

Prospective auditors must hold current membership in good standing with ICAM. The engagement deliverables include an Independent Audit Report, a Management Letter, and a Statement of Compliance, all to be submitted by 30 April 2027. Interested parties should forward their Curriculum Vitae (CV), verifiable evidence of ICAM membership, a summary of relevant professional experience, their proposed audit methodology, and a detailed fee proposal.
