RELATIONSHIP SUPERVISORS (AGRIBUSINESS)

Background: Sycamore Credit Limited is a Malawian-owned Micro Finance Company that provides loan products. Sycamore Credit Limited was incorporated in April 2018 with the Registrar of Companies and was licensed to operate as a microfinance company in August 2018 by the Reserve Bank of Malawi. The company is rolling out Agribusiness loan products and is looking for qualified and motivated individuals to fill the positions Relationship Supervisors (Agribusiness).

• Purpose: To lead a team of Relationship Officers and Interns and oversee branch-level agribusiness operations.

• Requirements:

o Degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration or Banking & Finance.
o Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a microfinance setting and experience in agribusiness loans at supervisory level is an added advantage.

• Key Responsibilities: Exercise loan approval authority, coach staff on agribusiness technicalities, and refine operational workflows.

• Skills: Proficiency in credit analysis, knowledge of local agribusiness markets, and a valid motorcycle license for field travel.
