Key Requirements
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications or technical training pertinent to the respective role.
- A minimum of one year of professional experience is required for Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, HES Assistants, and Site Clerks.
- Building Foremen must have accumulated at least five years of relevant experience.
- The Driver position necessitates a valid Class B Driving Licence and a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- A robust understanding of construction site operations is crucial for all technical positions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, teamwork, and reporting is essential.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Site Engineers
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and provide clear guidance to site teams.
- Track project progress and compile comprehensive site reports.
- Implement quality control measures and enforce safety standards.
Quantity Surveyor
- Develop bills of quantities, prepare cost estimates, and conduct valuations.
- Monitor project expenditures and support cost management initiatives.
- Generate interim payment certificates and assess variations.
- Assist with procurement processes and contract administration.
Health, Environmental and Safety Assistants
- Enforce on-site safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate safety records and document incident reports.
- Ensure environmental compliance throughout the project site.

Building Foremen
- Supervise skilled artisans and general site workers.
- Ensure the precise execution of all construction tasks.
- Assign daily responsibilities and monitor worker productivity.
- Report on progress and any challenges encountered to site engineers.
Site Clerks
- Manage daily site records and maintain attendance registers.
- Support the documentation and filing of all project-related records.
- Provide administrative and logistical assistance on site.
- Contribute to the preparation of basic reports.
Driver
- Safely transport personnel, materials, and equipment to designated locations.
- Maintain vehicle condition and ensure responsible usage.
- Keep accurate logbooks and fuel consumption records.
- Strictly adhere to all road safety regulations at all times.
