  • Monitor the status of outstanding certificates, payment records, and other commercial paperwork.
  • Guarantee the correct filing, archiving, and efficient retrieval of all project-related documents.
  • Collaborate with on-site staff to verify that project documentation accurately represents site circumstances and ongoing advancements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a Diploma in Law/Paralegal Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent qualification, coupled with pertinent exposure to the construction sector.
  • Possess at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience within construction project management and contract assistance roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding of common construction contract types, such as FIDIC, NEC, or comparable frameworks.

  • Possesses outstanding written and verbal English communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates confidence in comprehending and interpreting intricate contract clauses.

  • Receive exposure to advanced project governance frameworks and complex contract management practices.
  • Benefit from professional development opportunities within commercial and contractual project control disciplines.
