Location: Tambala Estate, Masuku, Mangochi
Tambala Estate is inviting applications from suitably qualified experience candidate to fill the vacant position of Sales Supervisor.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing plans to increase revenue from all products.
• Build relationships with customers and manage customer accounts.
• Conduct market analysis, price monitoring, and promotional activities.
• Supervising all Tambala shops.
• Identify new markets/customers and support expansion initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and sales materials.
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. Those with a Bachelor’s degree will have an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3years’ experience.
• A valid National ID
• Must be of 25 – 35 years of age.
(Those with Familiarity and Knowledge of the Yao language will have an added advantage.)
