JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES AGENT

Introduction
Swift Capital Growth Partners is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to support its civil servant and employee lending products. Sales Agents will be the frontline business development force, responsible for generating quality leads, building client relationships, and assisting applicants with fully compiled loan submissions. Each Sales Agent will be attached to a Loan Officer, working together to meet business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build relationships with civil servants and salaried employees.
Introduce and promote Swift’s loan products within assigned territories.
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all KYC and supporting documents are collected.
Compile complete loan applications and submit them to the assigned Loan Officer.
Work closely with the Loan Officer to ensure smooth review, processing, and disbursement of loans.
Communicate application status and updates to clients, arranging for documentation and signing.
Actively drive disbursements and support monthly collection targets, ensuring portfolio quality.
Uphold Swift Capital’s standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead Generation: Minimum number of new client leads sourced weekly.
Application Submissions: Volume of fully compiled applications (with complete KYC and supporting documents) submitted to Loan Officer.
Loan Disbursements: Number and value of loans successfully disbursed through sourced clients.
Territory Coverage: Active engagement of assigned civil servant/salaried employee groups within designated areas.
Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients on professionalism, guidance, and communication
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ sales or business development experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
High levels of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
Flexible and able to work independently.
Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an added advantage.
