Key Duties

• Implement and manage nursing/midwifery care processes, including patient observation and progress evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments precisely.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
• Adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to address specific patient needs.
• Accurately document all nursing care activities.
• Provide precise reports on individual patient care to medical staff.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Nursing and Midwifery.
• Valid registration certificate with the Nurses Council of Malawi.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy clinic or hospital environment.
