Position Purpose

This position supports the People & Culture Manager with activities pertaining to the full employee lifecycle, assisting with talent development processes and implementation of People & Culture initiatives.

What will you do: Responsibilities 

• Design and deliver P&C initiatives to improve service and strengthen company culture.
• Support managers and employees across the employment lifecycle to drive performance and positive relations.
• Update and ensure compliance of P&C processes and policies with company standards, Malawi labor laws and other applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and P&C data, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.

What are we looking for: Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration or any other related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar job role.
• English and any local language.
• Good communication, people relationship management and project management skills.
• Working knowledge of HR systems i.e., SAPHr.
