Poultry Production Trainee – Broiler Division

Central Poultry (2000) Limited is one of Malawi’s leading poultry companies, committed to excellence in poultry production and supply. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our Broiler Division as a Poultry Production Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of broiler production operations.
• Monitor bird health, welfare, and growth performance.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity and hygiene standards.
• Support feed management and record-keeping activities.
• Work closely with Managers and supervisors to learn and implement best practices in poultry production.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in poultry production and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
