Samget Technologies Ltd is looking for a versatile communicator who can wear two hats: the “problem solver” and the “deal closer.”
In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they feel heard while identifying opportunities to grow our business through strategic sales.
Customer Support: Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide product information with a friendly, professional tone.
Sales Growth: Identify customer needs and recommend relevant services (upselling/cross-selling).
Lead Management: Follow up on inquiries and maintain an accurate database of potential clients.
Problem Solving: Turn frustrated callers into loyal customers through quick thinking and excellent service.
Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chichewa.
A “people person” who stays calm under pressure.
Basic familiarity with CRM software (an added advantage).
