 Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paint Sales Manager, based in Malawi

. The Paint Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify market opportunities to drive revenue growth. The role requires preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

 Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Sales, Client Retention, and New Market Development
• Knowledge of the paint and coatings industry or related sectors
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Strategic thinking and data analysis for identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in building and managing sales pipelines
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
