Technical Supervisor - OHL, Power & Renewable Installations

About the Role

Recruitment Machine is seeking a seasoned Technical Supervisor on behalf of their client to oversee High Voltage (HV) overhead line and solar PV projects. The successful candidate will be a leader with strong technical expertise, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include supervising field teams for OHL construction and solar installations, enforcing strict HSE compliance, and managing solar PV commissioning from panel installation through to system testing.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in HV overhead lines and solar PV systems.
• Skills: Strong leadership, proficiency in drawing interpretation, and excellent fault-finding capabilities.
• Knowledge: HVAC knowledge is a significant advantage.
