UNICEF Malawi collaborates with the Government of Malawi to progressively advance human rights, with a specific focus on rural and underserved populations, schools, healthcare facilities, and communities. Through its Country Programme, UNICEF contributes to the delivery of sustainable infrastructure, including solar-powered systems and enhanced institutional facilities. UNICEF appointments are contingent upon medical clearance. For International Professional (IP) positions, the issuance of a visa by the host country is required and will be facilitated by UNICEF. If selected for a position with UNICEF, you must either be vaccinated as required or obtain a medical exemption from the relevant UN department. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the selection.
