HMS Foods and Grains Limited, an agricultural service provider, is seeking a Procurement (Logistics) Intern for an entry-level position in Blantyre-Chigumula. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience looking to gain practical experience in procurement support. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in procurement and logistics operations.
• Assist in general administrative tasks related to supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP) is preferred but not strictly required.
• Experience: Zero experience is required.
• Certifications: Possession of a Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Certificate/Diploma (Level 4 or higher) is a significant advantage.
