About the Role
micro1 is seeking skilled Word and PDF Experts to join a client-facing team. You will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of document preparation, review, and formatting for diverse sectors including legal, healthcare, academia, government, real estate, and finance. This role involves collaborating with professionals to maintain precision and compliance for Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough reviews, edits, and formatting of documents in both Microsoft Word and PDF, adhering to industry and client-specific standards.
- Effectively manage tracked changes, comments, and version control for large and complex document sets.
- Develop, modify, and populate dynamic forms and templates to meet various professional requirements.
- Accurately extract and consolidate data from Word and PDF documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver document solutions that are precise, timely, and confidential.
- Implement and oversee document workflows for projects requiring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features and best practices.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of intensive professional experience with Microsoft Word and PDF tools.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, review functionalities, and markup.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Hold a Master’s, PhD, or JD degree in a relevant field such as law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance.
- Have a proven history of supporting Fortune 500 clients or similarly complex and regulated organizations.
- Be capable of handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
