The Sababa Agriculture Foundation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team for an internship program focused on agricultural development.

We are seeking qualified graduates to join our internship program.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. PROGRAM OFFICER INTERN 

KEY ROLES

1.1. Assist in planning and implementing program activities

1.2. Support monitoring, data collection and reporting

1.3. Help prepare budgets and track program expenses

1.4. Coordinate with stakeholders and field teams

1.5. Participate in trainings, meetings and community engagement

1.6. Ensure proper documentation of projects and compliance with guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

 Degree in Project, Community Development, Social Sciences or related field.

 Basic skills in project planning and implementation

 Strong communication and report writing skills

 Proficient in Microsoft office. 

 Ability to collect and analyse data (basic M&E knowledge is an added advantage)

 Ability to work both independently and in a team

2. RESOURCE MOBILIZATION & PARTNERSHIP OFFICER INTERN

KEY ROLES

2.1. Support fundraising and proposal writing 

2.2. Identify potential donors, partners and funding opportunities

2.3.  Assist in organizing fundraising events and campaigns

2.4.  Help develop sponsorship packages and partnership materials

2.5.  Maintain donor records and communication

2.6.  Support reporting on funds raised and partnerships

REQUIREMENT

 Degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies or related field. 

 Strong communication and writing skills

 Good research and analytical skills

 Basic knowledge of fundraising or resource mobilization

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

* Passion for development work and community impact

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
