CAPITALINK is seeking a motivated Graduate Intern to join their team in Blantyre, Malawi. This position is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain valuable work experience and build a strong professional foundation in the financial services sector.

Key Duties

• Manage and organize customer files, documents, and loan records.
• Verify loan applicants' information and next of kin details.
• Ensure the accuracy of customer data within the loan management system.
• Assist in the completeness verification of loan files prior to processing.
• Provide support to Sales Executives in coordinating and managing sales agents.
• Perform general office duties, including attending meetings and taking notes.
• Engage with new clients for onboarding and educate them on repayment schedules and loan terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A clear commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate loan solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
