MERCHANDISER/STOREKEEPER

Position: Merchandiser/Storekeeper
Location: Lilongwe
Duration: Full Time
Reporting to: Sales Manager Central

Responsibilities

• Generating and collecting orders from customers
• Managing product displays and ensuring proper shelf arrangement
• Conducting price comparisons and market monitoring
• Providing product knowledge and excellent customer service
• Managing stock levels and planning replenishments
• Maintaining bin cards and stock record cards
• Facilitating debt collection and account balancing
