Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all technicians across Blantyre, Lilongwe, and Mzuzu.
• Perform diagnosis and fault-finding on money counting and sorting machines.
• Service and repair counting and sorting machines (both hardware and software).
• Oversee the delivery of serviced and repaired machines.
• Prepare job cards and follow up on invoices with the Accounts Department.
• Manage after-sales customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Possession of a valid motor vehicle driver’s license.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
