Portland Cement Malawi Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, highly motivated team players and result driven candidates for consideration to fill the position of Geologist Trainee.

Key Duties

• Assist with geological mapping, sampling, core logging, and data collection to support exploration and resource evaluation.
• Fieldwork, laboratory sample coordination, and contributing to geological models under senior geologist supervision.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related discipline.
• Fieldwork experience from internships, university projects, or prior roles preferred.
• Core logging, sample handling, basic GIS and geological software familiarity, strong observational skills.
• Comfortable with extended field assignments and committed to safety and environmental best practices.
