Atlanto Security Limited, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking an experienced and disciplined Contract Supervisor to oversee security operations at a remote Client site located in Chikwawa. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong security background and the ability to manage and motivate security officers in a demanding environment.

Candidates without relevant security experience should not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee deployment and supervision of security officers to ensure coverage in line with contractual requirements.

• Monitoring attendance, alertness, and overall performance of security officers.

• Leading investigations and effecting lawful arrests when necessary.

• Court attendance to provide evidence in support of successful prosecutions.

• 24-hour liaison with Client and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Client.

• Conducting ongoing security assessments and advising both the Client and Atlanto Security on improvements.

• Ensuring the health and safety of all security officers under supervision.

• Managing disciplinary issues among security officers.

• Ensuring the safe custody and protection of company property on the site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MSCE or higher qualification.

• Former police officer or experienced security professional.

• Strong investigative, supervisory, and report-writing skills.

• Experience with arrests, incident documentation, and court processes.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Ability to work in a remote location with minimal supervision.

• Ability to ride a motorcycle and posses valid motorcycle riding licence.
