Sales and Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Previous experience in the electronics industry is a plus.

• Computer literacy (MS Office, email).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chichewa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grow client base and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns.

• Bid writing and sales reports.

• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.

• Maintain a fully stocked store.

• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
