Paid Media Specialist

As our partner brands continue to broaden their reach across European retail landscapes, we are seeking a Remote Paid Media Specialist. This role will be instrumental in coordinating campaigns, conducting audience research, managing paid advertising efforts, and contributing to market development initiatives across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

In this capacity, you will drive the promotion of select brand and product ventures, facilitate campaign setup, meticulously analyze performance metrics, delve into audience insights, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Aid in researching product and brand campaigns tailored for European markets.
• Investigate audiences, competitors, and effective campaign angles within various retail sectors.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance to identify avenues for enhancement.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting methodologies.
• Generate comprehensive performance reports accompanied by practical optimization suggestions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to optimize campaign architecture, budget distribution, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Proficiency in understanding campaign structures, conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing principles.
• A proven ability to interpret campaign data and implement data-driven optimization decisions.
• Excellent written English skills for clear report generation and internal communication.
• A dependable, detail-oriented professional comfortable with independent remote work.
• Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, lead generation, procurement, or European markets is advantageous.
