Job Overview
The Site Administrator will support site management and staff by coordinating operational logistics, managing documentation, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Organise daily site office operations.
- Manage stationary and office consumables
- Manage records and filing systems
- Assist the management team with adhoc tasks, such as new starter setup and communication, receiving
- Coordinate event bookings and communication
- Act as an intermediary between staff and ATS
- Conduct regular inspections of the site services (ATS) performance and communicate any needs/changes/requirements
- Arrange printing and photocopying as required
- Finance Support
- Handle petty cash, requisitions, and expense reporting.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports.
- Customer Service
- Warmly greet visitors, Community Chefs, and government officiaries
- Ensure the main office and reception remains in a neat, tidy and professional state at all times
- Manage the main office phone line, providing a high level of professional service
- Act as a link between site staff and head office.
- Coverage
- Provide coverage for the Personal Assistant, as required
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Administration, Management, or equivalent field experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Experience in administration/document control (mining or construction sector preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
