POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER


Location: Blantyre Branch


Citizen Real Estate Company Limited is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and mature individuals for the role of Branch Manager at its Blantyre Branch.


The Branch Manager will provide comprehensive leadership, direction, and operational oversight for the Blantyre branch. This role is pivotal in driving the branch's strategic vision, managing daily operations, ensuring staff efficiency, and achieving departmental sales targets effectively. The ideal candidate will be a decisive, results-oriented leader capable of managing personnel, upholding company policies, and maintaining seamless branch operations.



KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide strategic leadership and operational supervision for the branch.

  • Spearhead the branch’s vision, growth, and performance objectives.

  • Manage and supervise all branch personnel, including surveyors, marketers, administrators, and support staff.

  • Ensure all departments and staff meet their designated goals, targets, and deadlines.

  • Oversee staff productivity, discipline, professionalism, and effectiveness.

  • Make and implement sound operational decisions.

  • Enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Manage plot sales, client relations, and field activities.

  • Conduct negotiations with clients, stakeholders, landowners, and partners.

  • Prepare operational, sales, and performance reports for senior management.

  • Ensure effective coordination and communication within the branch.

  • Professionally resolve conflicts, challenges, and operational issues.

  • Represent the company professionally in all engagements and meetings.

  • Undertake any additional duties assigned by management.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



  • Possession of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Land Management, Quantity Surveying, or a closely related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in management, administration, sales, or operations.

  • Previous experience in real estate or land-related operations is advantageous.
