Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Courier Rider to join our team. This role is crucial for the efficient pickup and delivery of shipments. The ideal candidate must possess a clean and valid rider's license.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently collect and deliver documents, parcels, or food items.
• Obtain proof of delivery for all shipments and promptly report any accidents or delays.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes, strictly adhering to schedules.
• Verify delivery details accurately and secure necessary recipient signatures.
• Conduct daily inspections of the motorcycle and ensure its cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with the operations team, providing regular updates on delivery status.
• Handle customer payments professionally and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Requirements

• Possess a valid motorbike riding license.
• Have prior experience in courier services.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Exhibit good time management and organizational skills.
• Be capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain physical fitness and good stamina.
