Administrative Assistant
Location: Blantyre
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with a Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized institution, possessing a demonstrated history of exceptional administrative performance.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an administrative, office assistant, or comparable role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office management software.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively and perform under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and extensive meeting schedules.
- Facilitate the organization of meetings, conferences, and all official travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone communications, with professionalism.
- Maintain efficient physical and electronic filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and technical reports with precision.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments and schools to ensure seamless communication across the secretariat.
