Hospitality Manager (Fun Land)

About Fun Land: 

Fun Land is a vibrant recreational space where children and families come to play, swim, eat, and enjoy a safe and fun environment. We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day hospitality operations (food, beverage, and recreational services).


• Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and safety standards.


• Coordinate events, parties, and special activities.


• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.


• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.


• Manage budgets, stock, and supplier relationships.


• Develop marketing and promotional activities to attract visitors.


• Prepare reports on operations, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.


• Proven experience in hospitality management (preferably in tourism, leisure, or family entertainment sector).


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.


• Knowledge of health, safety, and food service regulations.


• Creative mindset for designing engaging guest experiences.


• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
