We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager/Content Creator to significantly enhance our brand's digital footprint. This remote role involves the end-to-end creation, editing, and publication of compelling content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller adept at driving audience engagement and growth, equipped for reliable and effective remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar that aligns with our brand objectives.
• Produce high-quality videos and photographs using either a smartphone or professional camera, and edit engaging reels, TikToks, and static posts.
• Actively monitor all social media channels, respond promptly to comments and direct messages, and cultivate a vibrant community.
• Track key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, providing monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay informed about the latest social media algorithms, emerging trends, and popular audio to ensure content remains relevant and impactful.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a comparable digital marketing capacity. A strong portfolio showcasing past work and managed accounts is a prerequisite.
• Creative Skills: Proficiency in mobile and desktop video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva) and graphic design is essential.
• Infrastructure: Candidates must possess a reliable alternative power supply (e.g., inverter, generator, solar) and a stable, high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted work.
• Equipment: Access to a high-performing laptop capable of running editing software smoothly, alongside a smartphone with a quality camera, is required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English communication, strong storytelling abilities, and excellent time-management skills are necessary.
