Lumina Creative Labs is an international digital agency providing high-end content moderation and asset management for the US and European markets. We are launching a private production hub in Mzuzu and require a high-energy Operations & Launch Lead to secure our facility and manage daily technical operations.
The Mission
Locate and secure location for our Mzuzu base
Oversee the technical setup
Recruit local talent
Manage the production team (aligning with US/EU time zones) and ensure 100% technical uptime.
Visual Direction: Use your eye for photography to design sets and optimize lighting
Qualification and Experience required
Local Expert: Deep knowledge of Mzuzu’s residential real estate and local contractors.
Creative Technicality: Experience in photography, videography, or sound engineering. You understand how to make a frame look world-class.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with PC hardware, networking. You fix things yourself rather than waiting for help.
Language: Fluent, professional English.
