Production Supervisor

Who We are looking for

In CDIL, we believe that streamlined Production Processes & Operations help in delivering products in the market on budget and on time. We’re looking for an experienced Production Engineer to monitor the production process and identify opportunities for improvement, in order to increase productivity while maintaining product quality. Our ideal candidate will have a natural desire to improve processes, and a drive to lead dynamic projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance to production levels
• Production reporting, that includes precise descriptions of issues that impair production work in coordination with quality assurance engineers to identify defects and set rectification plans.
• Ensure conformity with product standard specifications.
• Understanding work orders, work instructions, process control sheets, control plan and FMEA to determine series of operations and processes to meet the specifications.
• Working in coordination with other departments for productivity and quality control programs
• Guiding new recruits to perform various tasks related to production
• Ensuring capacity and manpower utilization in accordance with line charts
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• B.Tech Mechanical/ Electronics
• 5-8 years of similar work experience
• Excellent leadership and man management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
• Excellent written, verbal (communication) and presentation skills
• Competent in planning and decision making
