UMODZI Savings and Credit Cooperation Limited is a member owned financial cooperative serving all civil servants and Non-Governmental Organizations in Malawi. The SACCO is an affiliate of Malawi Union of Savings and Credit Cooperative (MUSCCO), and is also fully licensed by Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM). Therefore, Umodzi SACCO is looking for energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals.

Position: Sales & Marketing Agents  

Location: Lilongwe

Key Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Present, promote and sell Umodzi Sacco products/services to existing and prospective members
• Establish and maintain positive member relationships with Umodzi Sacco members
• Ensure membership growth of Umodzi Sacco
• Deliver campaign outcomes as agreed within time scales
• Persistent and flexible approach to challenges
• Ability to communicate effectively to existing and new members

Qualifications and Experience

• MSCE and those with a certificate in Marketing or any related field will have an added advantage
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
• Those with customer service experience will have an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of SACCO business
