Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mangochi for a Travel Sales Consultant. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their specific travel needs, managing all travel arrangements, developing personalized travel itineraries, and handling reservations. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partner organizations to guarantee seamless travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in travel consulting, travel management, and designing customized travel itineraries.
• Proven experience with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Strong capabilities in customer service and managing reservations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with travel booking and reservation software is considered an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism, Business Management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Previous experience in travel services or sales roles is highly desirable.
