Nkhoma Litho Printing Press invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following positions.

The position is based at Nkhoma Offices

DRIVER

ROLE PURPOSE

The Driver will provide safe, reliable, and efficient transport support for the department. The role requires strict adherence to department according to policies and the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle stewardship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport staff, materials, stationery and equipment safely to field sites, community events, and meetings across programme locations.


• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle at all times.


• Complete vehicle logbook accurately and on time; record all trips, mileage, and fuel usage.


• Conduct routine daily vehicle checks (fluid levels, tyres, lights, brakes); report any mechanical faults promptly.


• Advise on vehicle repairs and timely renewal of licences, road tax, and insurance.


• Operate vehicles in strict compliance with NRD/Synod transport policies, road safety regulations, and safeguarding standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.


• Valid Malawi Driving Licence (Class B or C1).


• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience.


• Age between 30 to 45 years


• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

ATTRIBUTES

• Dedicated Christian of sound standing in their local church.


• Excellent verbal communication in both English and Chichewa.


• Proven record of integrity, punctuality, and accountability.


• Professional, courteous, and safety-conscious
