Key Duties

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support audit processes.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Manage account reconciliations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure financial effectiveness and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, account reconciliation, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Advanced knowledge of financial software, analysis, and databases.
• Experience in auditing, risk assessment, and internal control management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or relevant certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment.
