The role is that of an Account Relationship Executive (ARE).

Key Responsibilities



  • Proactively identify, secure, and grow SME and enterprise customer bases through solution-oriented sales strategies.

  • Manage client accounts comprehensively, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Provide prompt and accountable responses to customer inquiries and service requests.

  • Develop and present customized, value-driven solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue objectives, collaborating with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Oversee installations, activations, and service modifications in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Drive opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, manage contract renewals, ensure billing accuracy, and support revenue assurance initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Possess 2-5 years of demonstrable Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience, with a pronounced emphasis on SME and corporate clientele.

  • Relevant industry background in telecommunications, IT services, fintech, banking, or enterprise solutions is preferred.

  • Exhibit strong capabilities in solution selling, including effective needs assessment and value-based sales of plans and services.

  • Demonstrate experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts for subscription-based offerings.

  • Maintain a consistent record of achieving sales targets through effective pipeline management.

  • Possess solid commercial and financial acumen, understanding pricing, margins, and profitability.

  • A results-oriented sales professional with adept prospecting skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent relationship management abilities.
