SEO Specialist

About the Role

Rotate Digital is seeking an SEO Specialist to help clients increase their business visibility on Google search, driving leads and sales. This is a remote position with flexible working hours, requiring availability for communication and urgent requests between 9 am - 3 pm US Eastern time for non-USA employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the SEO process and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of monthly deliverables.
• Ensure 85% of assigned clients are succeeding based on internal KPIs and increased brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the Client Success team for client interactions (reporting, calls).
• Cooperate with the website team during client website rebuilds.
• Provide monthly reports to the Head of Fulfillment.

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO.
• At least 1 year of experience working in an agency setting, managing multiple accounts and reporting to a manager.
• Proven experience in driving Local SEO initiatives and leveraging Google Business Profiles for map pack rankings.
• Advanced knowledge of On-Page SEO practices (Internal Linking, Silo-ing, Schema Markup).
• Ability to audit competitor websites and reverse-engineer successful SEO strategies.
• Capability to prepare comprehensive SEO audits and communicate complex information clearly.
