Requirements & Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Security Management, International Relations, or a closely related field.
Possess a minimum of 5 years in a senior supervisory role within the private security industry; specific experience managing security for diplomatic missions, UN agencies, or international NGOs is essential.
Have working knowledge of UNDSS frameworks and diplomatic security protocols; this is highly preferred.
Demonstrate exceptional command of English, tailored for high-level diplomatic correspondence and executive reporting.
Exhibit impeccable integrity and the ability to successfully pass stringent international background checks and clearance processes.
Possess knowledge of Malawian labor laws, national safety legislation, and digital proficiency (Google Workspace/MS Office).
