Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth and promote our creative services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for multimedia services
- Identify and secure new clients for all products and services
- Market and sell advertising, media production, and content creation services
- Manage company social media platforms and support digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and creative pitches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports
- Represent the company at events and client meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Creative thinking and understanding of branding/media services
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must be based in Blantyre
