Reporting to: Director of Operations (MF2).
Job Purpose
- Oversee the daily operational activities across all branches and satellite offices.
- Monitor the performance of operational units to ensure the achievement of established targets.
- Coordinate the entire loan lifecycle, including processing, disbursement, and recovery.
- Develop and implement robust operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, guide, and support branch and operations staff.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive operational reports to management.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive improvements in efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources across all operational locations.
Description
The Operations Manager will be accountable for overseeing and coordinating the organization's day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Microfinance, or Business Administration from an NCHE accredited institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Microfinance, or Business Administration from an NCHE accredited institution.
Experience
- Five (5) years of professional experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in a management-level position.
