ATM Management Services Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily ATM management, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met through strategic resource deployment and timely cash replenishment.
- Oversee the reconciliation of cash balances and conduct thorough investigations into any variances to ensure complete financial accuracy.
- Coordinate high-volume cash logistics, including demand forecasting for public holidays and peak periods to prevent service interruptions.
- Ensure all regional ATM operations adhere strictly to Group Mandatory Security Principles, regulatory mandates, and internal cash control policies.
- Manage and mentor a team of ATM Custodians, providing essential training and support to foster a high-performance environment.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to protect assets.
- Serve as a primary contact for banking clients, guaranteeing excellent service delivery and maintaining robust professional relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a comparable field.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, ideally within the banking, logistics, or security sectors.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and driving performance.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret operational data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with team members and corporate stakeholders.
- Be objective-driven with the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
