Product/Service Information: Provide in-depth details on products and services, and address fundamental customer inquiries.
Customer Order Processing: Accurately record and manage custom or special customer orders, often navigating complex or uncertain delivery timelines.
Resolving Customer Issues: Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, securing managerial approvals when necessary.
Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Initiate contact with allocated customers via phone or in person to cultivate new business relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-up actions and meticulously input all interaction details into the CRM system after each customer contact. This is crucial for developing call plans and ensuring the organization possesses high-quality data for effective customer retention and business growth.
Customer Needs Clarification: Conduct thorough customer interviews, potentially using detailed multi-level sales scripts, to precisely define client requirements. Assist in client interviews, taking comprehensive notes to capture essential requirements.
Renewals: Offer exceptional service to encourage ongoing customer engagement and continued use of the organization's products and services.
Operational Compliance: Develop a strong understanding of the organization's policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes. Ensure all work activities comply with these standards. Obtain supervisor or manager authorization for any deviations from mandatory procedures.
Personal Capability Building: Enhance personal skills and knowledge through assessment and development planning, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Stay current with relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conference attendance, and specialist media consumption.
