Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, performance-oriented, and hardworking individual to fill the position of Business Development Executive at our office in Lilongwe.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales lead generation
• Client relationship management
• Sales strategy development and implementation
• Market research and analysis

Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree in Business Administration or Marketing from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree is encouraged.
• Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Proven track record of successful sales/business development performance.
• Strong organizational, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
