The Resource Mobilisation Consultant will lead and support efforts to secure funding for Join for Joy Malawi’s education and child development programmes in Lilongwe. The role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, developing competitive proposals in response to call for proposals, strengthening donor relationships, and expanding the organization’s fundraising portfolio, particularly within the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Education, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
At least 3–5 years’ experience in resource mobilisation, grant writing, or fundraising
Experience working with NGOs or development organizations
