Digital Marketing & Content Strategist
Location: Lilongwe
Start Date: March 2026
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to grow Damantis Engineering’s online presence through engaging content, consistent branding, and smart digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing social media strategies
• Creating captivating content (posts, captions, reels, short videos)
• Managing platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Growing audience engagement and brand visibility
• Monitoring basic performance metrics and suggesting improvements
Required Skills & Attributes
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability
• Up-to-date with social media trends and formats
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Passion for branding and digital growth
Qualifications
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Digital Marketing, Media, Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Strong practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
