Key Duties
- Lead the development and orchestration of 10x Talent's AI agent, Niko, including core logic, integrations, and interactions.
- Act as the final arbiter of code quality, ensuring scalable architecture, clean code, and preventing AI-generated technical debt.
- Continuously research and experiment with new AI models, tools, and orchestration patterns to keep the company at the forefront of the AI landscape.
- Ship features rapidly with a high-agency mindset, employing detective instincts to identify and mitigate potential architectural flaws or edge cases.
- As a founding engineer, make decisions that will define the technical DNA and direction of 10x Talent.
