Key Duties

• Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the facility, staff, patients, and visitors.
• Patrol the premises and respond to alarms or emergencies.
• Enforce security protocols and operate surveillance equipment.
• Control access to the facility and maintain records of daily security activities.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and other security incidents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security practices, CCTV operations, and basic safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills for clear verbal and written incident reports.
• Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond to emergency situations.
• High attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant and alert.
• Problem-solving skills and experience in handling conflicts or escalations.
• Prior experience in a security role or relevant certification/training is preferred.
• Basic understanding of first aid and emergency procedures.
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations.
